Definitely a great place and legit place in the SGV! I was referred by a friend and was not disappointed. They provide a full breakdown of labor, parts, etc so you know what you are paying for. No second guessing here. You can request OEM or after market parts. Thank you for the attention to detail and providing an honest assessment on my vehicles. Appreciate it.

View on GoogleIt's always a risk trying a new auto shop due to the varying experiences I have read while researching a new repair shop. I ran across J & T Japanese Automotive and noticed that they had many positive reviews, so I gave them a try to replace my alternator. I am very happy to report that my experience with them was really great. The staff was very friendly, had great communication, the repairs were completed to my satisfaction, they used quality parts that were cheaper that I could source, and for the first time ever, the repair cost was lower than what I was initially quoted. They offered to install an additional part that would protect the wiring from being near the hot engine (OEM harness routing is poor) and it was a small cost. The fact that they looked out for a detail like that shows they know their stuff! I am very glad that I found them and this will be the place that will do the repairs on my vehicle. Their prices are fair without sacrificing quality and I was treated with respect and care, plus the repair was done quickly. Lastly, Amy in the front office is super sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you J & T!!

View on GoogleAlbert and Ayeme run a great shop! Took my cars here for 10+ years before moving out of state. I don't know anything about cars so having mechanic I can trust to tell me what is really wrong, what can wait for a little bit and what should really be fixed now is super important! One of the few times I wish I was still in California is when I need to take a car into the shop and am too far away to take it to L & T.
