Alex is a consummate professional. When I totaled my car on the freeway, Alex sent his tow guys to retrieve it all the way in Riverside and bring it back to his shop. He explained the insurance process to me and put me at ease despite all the adrenaline I had at the time. He then cleaned out everything in my car to prepare it for the insurance's third party estimator to retrieve it. Great businessman, and I'm looking forward to working with him on future projects.

Recommend by a friend, this shop took car of my car with no issues at all. I came here for a big brake kit on my 2021 Audi ttrs and they knew what they were doing, I also noticed the tech had cleaned my calipers so well! It was a nice touch. They let me do the test drive after and overall it was a great, easy to access (for low cars) and quick experience. 10/10 would come back for any need.

GT1 is my go to body shop. I worked with Alex to make sure my Raptor R (V8) was like brand new after someone committed a hit and run on my truck outside of Costco. He made sure my insurance company didn't cheap out on any parts. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and did a great job washing my truck after it was fixed. I highly recommend GT1.
