ook our car here for a diagnostic ($80) and was given a clear price and timeframe for the repair. About an hour later, we received a call claiming there was an additional issue—and were told they had already started working on it without our authorization and that we now had to pay extra. That’s not how this should work. No reputable shop proceeds with additional repairs without customer approval first. On top of that, the customer service was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Communication was unclear, and instead of taking accountability, they doubled down. Be cautious if you come here—make sure you get everything in writing and do not let them proceed with any work unless you’ve explicitly approved it.

I took my car for an oil change and when I picked it up was making a horrible noise. Oscar advise me to take my car back biggest mistake of my life. The following day he took my car without my concent and ended up totaling my car and my personal property till this day he has not replaced my car nor my items in the vehicle. He has the habit of using customers vehicles after hours. DONT TRUST THIS REPAIR SHOP. THERE NOT CERTIFIED BY THE BBR.

This is my go to mechanic for a reason. My family has been coming here for about 20 years and the service hasn't changed. I am always greeted with curiosity and respect. I typically get helped by Oscar, however everyone who works there is great quality. I've gone for oil changes, breaks issues, and when I know something is wrong with my car but not sure exactly what it is. As someone who is studying to become a marriage and family therapist, those customer service skills are unmatched. They are so kind when asking questions to figure out how to help you.
