Jaime was professional and courteous during the initial service. He arrived on time, completed the installation of all four tires efficiently, and identified that one of the rims was cracked. He advised me to contact him once I obtained a replacement rim so the work could be completed. However, after receiving the new rim, I attempted to follow up multiple times via phone calls and text messages but did not receive any response. This lack of communication was disappointing and has raised concerns regarding reliability, particularly if any warranty-related issues arise in the future.
