Came in today to J&H not knowing I needed an appointment, but nevertheless the gentleman at the front desk took care of me and went above and beyond to see if I could still be helped even though they were fully booked. I truly appreciated that. The Kemper adjuster came out, welcomed me, took a look at my car, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The customer service was professional, helpful, and made the process feel a lot less stressful. I will be taking my car to J&H for repairs — this will definitely be a part 2 review — but so far I’m a very happy customer.

Had a accident back in 2023 I already complained several times to infinity that they did not leave the car the same color. Disgusting mismatch, then to top it off they are refusing to fix the mistake they made on their end. Instead they told me to take the car like that. Been fighting it ever since, I absolutely do NOT recommend this body shop. My car was pearl white and they made it white. DO NOT TAKE UR CAR HERE.

Had to bring a car here through our insurance and we've had such a hard time couldn't wait till I was done having to deal with these guys. Take your car else where it took them 40 days to change a bumper, headlight, and fender and once we got it back there were chips on the paint, screws were missing, and they refused old parts that were damaged.
