I’m extremely disappointed with this repair shop. I paid over $3,000 for this job, and the repair was not done properly. The bumper was not installed correctly and is clearly misaligned — you can visibly see that it’s not aligned. When I brought this to their attention, the person assisting us said there was nothing else they could do. I was told I was more than welcome to take the car somewhere else, but they refused to offer any refund. I had to go back three different times to pick up the car, and even after multiple visits, the issue was still not fixed properly. On top of that, there was no mention in the paperwork acknowledging that the job was incomplete or not done correctly. For the amount of money I paid, I expected professional work and accountability. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend this place.

I took my car here after an accident. They were immensely helpful. They were able to tow in my car so quickly. I love that they kept in constant communication and answered any questions I had. My car was ready nearly a week before its estimated finish date. It looks so good I’m so beyond happy with the work that was done. Thank you all so much!!

The auto technician was very thorough when he went over the damages my car had and explained what would be done as far as parts being replaced.
