To get straight to the point, this is an honest auto repair shop. I had the front and rear brake pads replaced and got a synthetic oil change. There was an oil leak coming from the oil filter area. The mechanic at USA Auto Service told me that the previous shop I used likely changed only the oil without replacing the filter. If a filter is reused without being replaced, it may not function properly and can cause leaks. The filter was very dirty. Please check the photo. Normally, you trust a shop and leave your car with them. But I was completely scammed. I’m planning to take my wife’s car there for an inspection soon as well. Previously, my wife had an oil change at a dealer shop in West Covina, and after just one month, the oil started leaking. They kept contacting us to sell the car. Honestly, it’s hard to find a trustworthy repair shop. It feels like many shops only see customers as money. Personally, I highly recommend USA Auto Service. At USA Auto Service, I was able to stand next to the car and check everything myself, and they explained everything in detail. Their prices are lower compared to other places, and they still use good-quality parts. It’s been a long time since I found such an honest repair shop, and I was able to receive service without any worries.

I had called around to like 10-12 different places looking for someone to run a diagnostic on my AC to see what was going wrong with it because it wasn’t cooling as much as it should, but everywhere was so expensive. After calling Amir, he gave me a fair price, helped me the very next day, and walked me through the whole process. He showed me all the new parts he had installed and made sure everything was in perfect order before giving my car back. Great service. Definitely recommend.
