I had an engine issue and brought my car here, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The price was very reasonable compared to other places I checked, and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The job was done on time, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism—highly recommend this place if you need any engine work or any repairs done right at a fair price .

Quality Service is something hard to find for vehicles, and if your like me, you know so little about cars, you need a mechanic who is real with you. My car broke down on the freeway due to an overheating issue. I took it to the Toyota dealership and they quoted me 1.5K for the repairs… they must have thought I was made of money. I called around for nearby mechanics and they all were unable to go me in this emergency I was in. When all hope was lost, this place was willing to stay over hours so that my car could be dropped off. I had my pregnant girlfriend with me in all of this as well but when we dropped off the car, we needed a way to drive around. The mechanic loaned us a car to borrow until we were ready to pick up the car free of charge! As someone who typically lives 50-70 miles away from this mechanic shop, you can bet that I will be coming here for all the maintenance that my car will ever need. Thanks again for helping my family when we needed it most👍 (The pricing for the service from this mechanic was 800, that was for a water pump replacement, tensioner replacement, serpentine belt replacement and a cleaning of the engine😊)

I brought in my Chevy Silverado 1500 truck after a major accident with the front right wheel suspension failed and caught fire on the freeway, the truck suspension components were melted and leaking everywhere. I was expecting the repair to be very costly and take a long time. Mazzy inspected the damage and came up with a solution to change out the full assembly vs. repair individual parts to save costs. He took extra time to negotiate and reach out to many different suppliers to find the best price and full assembly. He was able to expedite the repair within a few days and source the material and have a complimentary car wash and clean. He also completed extensive testing to ensure safety and function before handing over the vehicle. He also helped recommend a nearby body repair shop to help with some of the body damage from the accident. I cannot recommend Active Auto enough, very honest and good communication and fair pricing throughout the repair process and explained and showed photos of the work so I fully understood all aspects.
