The customer service has declined very significantly in this location, had an appointment for 11:45am and got there on time. I was greeted by Hugo. E He told me to sit down and wait for someone to assist me. I was sitting for more than 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me at all so I got up and told Manny at the front desk that I've been waiting for a long time and no one had come and help me even after the fact I had an appointment. So he started helping me right away. Very unprofessional service. Had to wait an hour extra just to get my tires rotated and balanced. They even put the wrong PSI in my tires. I will be contacting corporate to make sure they get hold accountable because these type of mistakes can lead to an accident. If you value your time and expect good customer service, this place is not for you. Take your business elsewhere where they actually respect your time and money I've been a customer for years and always picked America's Tire because of the service they used to provide which used to be really good. Not anymore. Very disappointed with the staff and customer service.

Best in class service. I called the store to explain my situation and the representative was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I arrived to the store an hour later and met with another representative who treated me the same way the phone representative did - he inspected my car, gave me options, and provided me an accurate wait time. When the service was completed the associate who gave me my car was also kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Hands down the best in class

I came into America’s Tire needing a simple patch done on my right rear tire, and the actual patch job itself was done perfectly. The employee who originally helped me was amazing, professional, and made the process easy. I truly appreciated how quickly the repair was completed and how smooth everything seemed at first. However, after leaving 1-2 days after, I noticed my speedometer/odometer was suddenly reading around 15–20 mph faster than the speed I was actually going. This had never happened before bringing my car in for the patch repair. Because of that, I returned and politely asked if someone could inspect the system and make sure everything was okay. Unfortunately, my experience completely changed when I spoke with Anthony. Instead of listening to my concerns or even considering that something may have happened during the service, he immediately dismissed me and insisted there was no possible way it could be related to the work done there. Rather than trying to help or even take a quick look, I felt blamed and completely disregarded. As a woman, it honestly felt like my concerns were not being taken seriously at all. What should have been a minimal and simple tire patch job has now turned into something much bigger and far more stressful. I now have to take my car to another shop just to have the issue inspected, which is costing me $275 just for them to look at it and diagnose the problem. That’s incredibly frustrating considering my car was not having this issue before the tire service. It’s disappointing because the actual tire repair itself was done well, but customer service and accountability matter too. I came in calmly asking for help and left feeling unheard, dismissed, and dissatisfied. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future instead of instantly assuming the customer is wrong.

I’ve come here for some tire services before and have never had an issue. I brought in a set of tires and wheels to be mounted. One came back with a damaged sidewall. I drove back to the store to talk to Josh about it and he denied any possibility of the tire being damaged by their employees nor their machines. They gave me a refund on the labor because they improperly balanced my wheels, they left the old wheel weights on with a different tire mounted which should have been taken off and slapped more on, but Josh told me they could not do anything about the tire. Pretty annoyed I emailed corporate and I got a phone call from Alex the store manager of America’s tire in Glendora. He told me the same thing and told me “I don’t see metal cords showing, so it’s fine to drive on.” It’s pretty alerting that I’m missing a good chunk of my sidewall when tires already come with fairly thin sidewalls. I tried to ask them if they would replace the tire. It’s fairly new with less than 3,000 miles but they said the best they could do is offer to reinstall a new one free but they would not offer to replace the tire. My rims are brand new and now they’re all scratched up, I don’t even care about that I just want a new tire since they damaged it. I wouldn’t take my business here again, they deny all damage done to wheels and tires.

I spent over 3 hours waiting for my vehicle to get new tires installed while witnessing several other customers arrive and leave before me (all while being told several times that my car was next). I also feel like I was bamboozled into purchasing all 4 tires when my tire thread was still measuring between a 5-6. I’ve been to the other shop in Glendale and I felt that the service technician there was more honest and had better customer service skills. Too bad I was on the other side of town.
