Had an issue with a stuck battery terminal clamp. Didn’t have the tools to get it fixed. Called in, they told me it was fine to bring in right then. Proceeded to tell me when I got there it would be about 90$ just to look at it, then probably 200$ for replacement parts - before they had even looked at it. 1.5 hrs later of them not touching my car, I told them forget it, bought the tool at autozone for 20$ and removed it in 30 seconds. Didn’t need any replacement parts, and the part they were talking about was 20$. Been coming here for quite a while, kind of crazy how bad this experience was. Probably won’t be back. 2/5 stars, because occasionally I’ll get a good employee there.

I requested a quote through Yelp and my request was sent to multiple auto shops. I chose this company based on location and called ahead to confirm they could do more than just read basic codes. I had already done my own diagnostics and knew the car was running rich. I had ruled out the upstream O2 sensor, catalytic converter (both new), MAP sensor, and fuel injectors. I explained all of this to Matt before bringing the car in. He assured me they could perform deeper diagnostics with their equipment. After dropping off the car, Matt called and told me they had “confirmed” exactly what I had already told them, and that the next step would be pulling spark plugs—for an additional fee. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. What I don’t understand is why I was still charged the full $85 diagnostic fee, plus a $4 hazardous materials fee and $3 shop supply fee. Plugging a car into a diagnostic scanner does not generate any hazardous waste—no fluids are drained, no chemicals are used, and no parts are replaced. There’s nothing about a basic scan that would justify a hazardous materials charge. That kind of fee typically applies when disposing of things like oil, coolant, or other regulated waste, none of which occurred here. In the end, I paid $92, wasted time and gas, and learned nothing new. The most concerning part was Matt admitting he didn’t even know spark plugs would need to be checked as part of further diagnosis. I cannot remember the last time I left a business this upset and feeling ripped off. Waste of time and money.

Being a classic car owner, there aren't many reputable mechanic shop options. Although I'm a first time customer, I can appreciate how many of PAC customers have experienced excellent service. What's odd to me is how anyone would submit any review less than 5-Stars! Anyway, from the time I called to schedule an appointment (talked with Andy) to meeting the mechanic that actually worked on the car, Aaron, I realized this is the shop for my car! The staff was professional, safety conscious and on time with the delivery of my Camaro RS 1967. In my opinion, Top-Tier service! Keep up the good work guys...

SCAM! Just go somewhere else! Brought our family vehicle at 10am with an appointment and didn't get the car back till 5pm and all they did was an oil change and chared around $200 cause they "checked the brakes" SCAM

Overcharged and no communication from the owner to the staff, nor resolutions, half hearted, car not fixed even after third visit about all the same things. I wouldn't deal with Matt again on induction. He is more focused on chewing his gum and looking busy on the computer. 🫩 Did the rear door latch actuator really cost $275 for the part? Is it really three hours in labor to do a transmission flush? The best one was the air filters Labor cost! I just continued to get shredded by the staff pricing. Can you believe that the brake pedal still goes to the floor too! OMG! It would have been much easier the first time to recommend a Master Cylinder 3 weeks ago. Turned out to be the Brake Pump! Im not a mechanic but I can see carelessness a mile away. Labor $130 to install a cabin filter and an engine air filter. Dude that would take me 15 minutes. Anyways you all ain't right. $3000 later and still brakes need a master cylinder and Pump. SMH! I hope everyone has a better experience than I did. Maybe, just maybe it was a fluke!? Idk they don't mind spilling brake fluid all over your custom wheels, either and not wiping it up. Sent my wife home with her door panel sitting in the back the passenger seat she has two boys in school. Gentleman C'mon!!
