He took the time to explain everything clearly, never pushed unnecessary repairs, and made me feel respected rather than taken advantage of. He even went the extra mile by informing me about a vehicle retirement program that could help me responsibly retire my old car—something no mechanic has ever mentioned to me before. Wish I could give 5 stars but I can't. They are super friendly and super nice. However, we had our alternator fixed here and it was done wrong. It was overcharging the engine. The husband broke down on the freeway 2x after we replaced it and we didn't know why. We thought it was the transmission. We took it to my dad's reputable mechanic and he told us the problem. We ended up having to spend the same amount of money twice which was a huge set back for us financially. This all happened in the same month. December of all months. We will not be returning.
View on GoogleHonest mechanics that charge very low prices and their jobs are fantastic. I have been going to them since 2019 and glad I had remained giving my business for all these years to them. The only downside is they may not work on antique vehicles or specialty vehicles. However, depending on some make and models, it doesn't hurt to ask.
View on GooglePERFECT EXPERIENCE! Sam was quick, helpful, and honest. Good prices and very affordable. When I first took my car in and told Sam I needed an alternator, he tested it to make sure. Then he gave me a quote on the price. We couldn’t do it that day because it was an hour before close. The next time I came in to drop my car off he said “let me see if I can find you a better price on the part”. That’s a good mechanic right there!! Thanks Sam!
