I had a really great experience with Honda & Acura Service. From the beginning, their professionalism and communication stood out to me. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. Their honesty and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation much easier. Rene, the owner, was especially kind and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel like they genuinely cared about helping me rather than just getting the job done. Lucky to have found this place. I was searching for a new mechanic after experiencing inconsistent service at the Honda dealership, and I'm so glad I came here instead. The owner previously worked at Honda, so he really understands the needs of Honda vehicles and uses genuine Honda parts. Both he and the receptionist took the time to clearly explain the services being performed in a way that was easy to understand, especially for someone like me who doesn't know much about car maintenance. I also appreciated that they provided before-and-after photos of the work. I definitely felt like I got my money's worth and more since they even cleaned my engine. Excellent service all around.

My experience at H&A Service was excellent from beginning to end. From the initial phone conversation with Millie and Rene, to my actual appointment. I was leaving “The Hat” in Glendora when I happened to see H&A. I read their google/yelp reviews and figured I’d give it a try. They definitely did not disappoint. I can confirm that the reviews are accurate and they now have a customer for life. I brought my Honda in to get a second opinion on an issue that the dealer suspected it could be. Rene thoroughly inspected my vehicle and recommended the best possible route to take. He does not try to up-sale you and is very honest. Finding an auto mechanic that you can trust is rare. I’m am so glad I found H&A. Thank you Rene, Millie, and the whole team at H&A. (Rene even cleaned my engine bay! It looks like when I first got it off the Honda lot. Makes me love driving my car again. I wish I had before photos but I’m attaching an after.)

I would give 10 stars if I could. Rene and his wife are absolute professionals that provide excellent quality service at more than fair prices. Communication was outstanding. They provided major (60,000 mi) service in a timely manner at a fraction of the cost of the dealer with all Honda Certified parts. Under the hood has never looked so good. They are extremely kind and respectful Beyond any expectation. I'll be a customer for life. Do not miss this place. A godsend for Honda and Acura owners.
