We have had our vehicles serviced at Glendora Import Specialists over the years. They have always done fantastic work at reasonable prices. Most recently, Kris went out of her way to give some advice and quotes needed for my vehicle with various options for repairs. The result was saving a significant amount for the repairs. She was more than helpful, transparent, and communicative with my options.

I took my wife's Santa Fe to get an oil change at a local mechanic shop and the mechanic tells me that I needed front brakes as well as rotors, he told me that they charge 399.00 for brakes and rotors. I told him not to do anything just the oil change and when I left the shop I went to Glendora Imports I told them what the other shop had told me and they told me to leave my car and they would take a look, 30 minutes later Christina called me and told me that my front brakes were at 60% and my back brakes were at 70%. Thank you Christina for your honesty.
View on GoogleThe folks at Glendora Import Specialist really lived up to their name, helping rebuild a rare1985 Toyota LN65 Turbo Diesel. They were the only shop in Southern California willing to take on this long-term engine rebuild. Dustin, Derrick, and Kris were absolutely exceptional at providing updates throughout the process; communicating where they were sourcing parts from, when they would be delivered, and other milestones related to putting the engine back together. They took great care to document every step by keep precise records and photographing the entire process. This team is beyond exceptional and went well out their way to assure me that progress was being made and that my questions were answered. Engine rebuilds can be a finicky task and when there were issues, Glendora Import honored their warranty at no cost to me whatsoever, replacing the oil seal and getting me back on the road in no time. The engine is doing wonderful and the turbo purrs like a kitten. Thank you, Glendora Import Specialist for taking the time to get the job done right! I highly recommend them! 5 years later and the Toyota engine is still running strong.
