My first time here this morning. I really am impressed with how this business is run. One owner, running his business with good and honest work. He says he's been here for 33 years.... and it shows. I really appreciate his expertise and knowledge. And bonus! The place is not disgustingly dirty and disorganized like most tire/car shops... it was actually pretty neat and organized which really shows how much pride this guy takes in what he does. Affordable prices, nice owner who knows what he's doing and I don't have to deal with a tired out employee who doesn't really care... what more can you want from a tire shop? My husband can pat himself on the back for this find.

Great experience here with Ken. He was professional, experienced, and very fast! I needed two tire holes patched and a rotation. He did it all within 15 min. Also, I brought my dog and Ken was very welcoming and provided some dog treats for us! I usually don’t write reviews but this one was needed. Thanks Ken! Class act is now my go to, make it yours too!

First, Custom Wheel and Tire prices are very comparable to the big box tires stores which I would typically go to for my tires. This time I did some research and generated questions prior to selecting my install location. After calling multiple tire shops, I realized they are just sales people and only survive due to their visibility (multiple locations), advertising and not their knowledge. This all changed when I called Class Act Wheel and Tire as he was able to answer all my questions as well as explain in detail the treadwear rating, UTQG rating and the DOT manufacturer date which I confirmed prior to installation to avoid premature degradation (dry rot). No if ands or buts, I will go to Custom Wheel and Tire for all my future tire and wheel needs.

I am so glad I found this place. Mr Ken is very knowledgeable about tires and professional. I had issues with my tires and other places simply told me to change the tires completely. Mr. Ken told me I could run for another 5000 miles! He is honest and this place will be my place for my car tires!

We have run flat tires on our BMW and got a blowout on our rear tire in Glendora on the freeway in the middle of traffic at 5:00 PM and this kind gentleman was one of six calls we made, and the only one that offered to help us after everyone declined because it was after hours. Ken fixed two of our tires, because not only was the rear one bad, that blew out… he found the other two as well that we’re on its last limb. Ken will always get our business and we will always refer to him. He has integrity. He is honest, and he cares about his customers. He really surprised us and we will not forget him or his service.
