I've been going to James with my cars repairs for over 20 years (When I first met him, his hair was all black). He may not be the cheapest but he is the most honest, competent and reliable mechanic. I usually just leave him the car and he'll tell me the cost later. Your car is in good hands.
View on GoogleJames and his staff are amazing at SRS Automotive! My family and I have been customers of this establishment before they moved to their current location. Back then, their location was a small area located on Rosemead Blvd. The thing I love about this place is that they're honest unlike other auto shops. He's upfront about everything that you need, not what you don't need and say that your car will die without it. Though it's a far drive to South El Monte from where I'm at, my family still are loyal customers of James. Tip: Come here right before they open on a weekend so you don't have to wait so long for your oil change or whatnot.

My most recent experience was the purchase of tires for my vehicle. James, as usual did not try to sell me the most expensive, just the best that I needed. I respect and trust James and his crew. Thank you James for being honest and hard working.

I've been coming here with my parents' cars and now that I'm older, I still come here. There's no place like this. The price is always reasonable too.
