I commute from Lake Elsinore to Los Angeles daily. I had issues with my car and visited 5 mechanic shops in El Monte & La Puente that all told me they have no idea what was wrong with my car nor did they have time to look at it. 5 Points was my last stop. All I can highlight is that I am truly lucky and blessed to have come here and met the owner of this shop. I was nervous to who was going to really care and not RIP me off. They took great care of my car along with myself. Very welcoming, communicative, honest, and direct. Santiago knew what was wrong just by hearing my car before he diagnosed it. Explained and showed me everything they did. Put original parts to my car to ensure great quality and longevity. They work hard and it shows. Great business. My car feels so smooth and safe. this place rips you off . my car was acting up so I took it here and asked if they could work on it and it was 4 or 5 hours before they closed . they said to call the owner which he wasn't there . I left to go home and the owner decides to call me to bring in my car back , keep in mind I was already home , so he got my hopes up saying "sure we'll fix it just bring it to get it checked" so I took my car and they did the diagnostic and charged $120 just for the diagnostic and come to find out it's the transmission and all of a sudden they did not want to work on it cause they wanted me to take it to the dealer I bought it from . so at the end I got ripped off for 120 "diagnostic" and my car wasn't fixed or nothing . tengan cuidado con estos gueyes solo roban dinero
