El Dorado Tire

Stop by this spot since I was near the area. Decided to take in my volvo give them a try for a four wheel alignment, since I had just gotten new tires earlier that day. I had called them first to make sure they were able to do it and got a good price as well very reasonable. I pulled up to the spot dealt with Mauricio, he took the car around the block to test it out before the alignment. Then he put it up on the alignment machine. He did come out and tell me the car wasn't pulling but it was calling for some adjustments. So I thanked him for his honesty on my car not pulling. He went back to do the adjustments needed, took it for a quick spin then handed it over to me and said he was done. I thanked him, paid and left. As I was driving I noticed the steering wheel not aligned center it was more to the right but the front wheels were straight as you can see in the videos. So when I tried to adjust the steering wheel center the car would pull to the left. I took it in the next day which was a Sunday, I saw they were opened. The guy tells me they don't do alignments on Sunday but still took care of me and checked it out. He as well took the car for a quick spin before and after, then he was done he said should be ok now. My car still pulls a little to the left as steering wheel is center, not as much as the first time when I took it in but it is still not centered correctly. Don't get me wrong I appreciate them for being honest and their attentiveness to the customer. My only issue and takeaway is Mauricio told me the car was not pulling and asked why I was doing the alignment, I told him just to take care of my tires then he tells me but it is calling for some adjustments, that is the part I'm confused about. If it is not pulling then what adjustments are needed? My apologies but I'm not a mechanic so I know nothing about alignments on how they work. Honestly I still would have paid them if they had told me your car does not need an alignment and would have thanked them for at least inspecting it. So I think that is the only takeaway I have, other than that I thought they were real professional about their job and had that welcoming attitude as well.

found a nail in my tire and these guys popped up on my search results. I pulled up at lunch time and a guy was already approaching me asking what my problem was, he told me to repark the vehicle into the garage and he had his lifter ready. removed the tire, did the assessment and patched it up. in and out in less than 15 mins which was the cherry on top. highly recommend

Worst tire shop ever. Do not come here, I recommend anyone elsewhere. Customer service is horrible, They did not want to help me at all. I paid for an alignment, I never received my receipt which is unprofessional at all. Now they’re asking me for receipt in order to be helped. Completely awful.

I had to get a tire replaced, and also got my brakes done at this place. Very pleased with their service and prices. Definitely coming back whenever Im in need of tires or brakes services.

Best place for tire patch and anything to do with tires. Been here many times in the past yrs and they are always fast and provide great service. It can get busy but let them know what you need and they'll get to you when they can. Prices here are good n reasonable I guess, havent gone anywhere else so I wouldn't know, but it does seem really good. Wanted to get tire rotation today, 5/15/22, cuz my tires in the front want getting ugly nasty. They suggested I get some new used tires instead of rotating since I didnt want to pay for new ones. Super great price for them New Used Tires that's pretty much new. Switched it off and off I go! I will be back! Thanks!
