I had a great experience at Casique Auto Repair. I was alerted that my tires were low on air and after stopping at a few gas stations without luck, I arrived a bit early before they officially opened. He was more than willing to help and kindly asked me to give him a few minutes to move some cars so he could access the air pump. The service was quick, helpful, and professional. I truly appreciated his willingness to help and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Online clips don’t always show the full context or reflect the everyday operations of a business. Rather than relying solely on one video, it’s fair to evaluate a shop based on consistent service, communication, and overall customer experience for actual customer. Every business can face misunderstandings or difficult moments, and what truly matters is how they choose to address concerns, clarify what happened, and make improvements if necessary. Customers deserve professionalism, honesty, and respect, and it’s reasonable to expect the shop to respond transparently to the situation. At the same time, it’s helpful for anyone forming an opinion to read multiple reviews—positive and negative- based from actual customers before making a final judgment. I viewed the videos and according to The video the person was not a customer! This perspective isn’t about defending or condemning the shop, but simply acknowledging that one video doesn’t always tell the entire story!

What a great shop! I came here to get my engine repaired when I was visiting the area and had a very pleasant experience. Juan was very helpful and gave me a reasonable price for what would probably be overpriced in the area I live in. Though the wait was longer than I hoped, the waiting room was very comfortable and cozy. I don’t think I could’ve gone to better shop! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a shop with good prices and nice employees.
