Hi my name is Debbie Andrade I’m a 21 year old college student and works 2 jobs and I had bought my car here to get it fixed I had took money out of my college funds to fix this car/my car but they put in whatever they wanna put in to your vehicle, they made me pay 3380 for an axle plus a new motor. they told me that the motor had less miles than what the motor actually had and on top of that the motor that they installed to my car does not belong to my car. My car is a 2010 Ford fusion SE they put in a Mazda motor, I had called them to Let them know that I found a motor that fits my vehicle that I would like them to switch it out. They refuse to and told me that they were gonna take a look at the motor that was already in my car that they had installed when I had asked them so they’re gonna do whatever they want to my car instead of what the customer is asking for they did not response. Now I’m gonna have to take this to further steps to get my money back. On top of me paying 3000 just for the motor they did not get the right motor for my car. They did not get new motor mounts to fit the motor so they let me drive off with a motor that is not mounted well. They try to charge me more so that they could buy the mounts and install them. They broke my transmission now my transmission leaks. They also broke my air filter hose in my car also my car is missing a lot of screws and as I drive, you could already hear the motor knocking The motor also lifts as I’m driving on top of that they left Their jumper cables inside of my hood and I realize that 30 minutes after I had took the vehicle The motor that they had installed in my car has metal in it their refusing to give me money back or fix the car how I’m asking them to fix it But I’m posting this just so you guys could be aware and be careful with this place. They changed an axle. I did not have to change. I had to change it twice because the axel that they had installed to my car was not a good axle. Also, Now my car has issues to start as well And will sometimes even turn off on me as I’m driving which is a safety hazardI had bought that up to A lady named Sandra and her response was OK. “Well, then get it towed over here. I’ve been telling you you need to get it down here”and I told her I paid $3380 and you guys let me drive off like that but you guys want me to pay more money to tow it. Then she gave me the business owner’s number name, Juan He does not answer, but whenever Sandra calls, he picks up right away.Please do not trust this company with your car.AGAIN I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CAR.

Called in and they said they had my sized used tires. Came and they were really worn and mismatched. Didn't have a choice. Pricier than most places. Paid $160 for 2 worn tires that were cracking badly. They charge 120 for alignment. Shop next block, (mexicana) charges $80. Call around there are better options. And the lady is rude as hell
