Money saving. P.V. had what I needed and sold it for less than two other yards. And, for a little extra they installed the item for me. Compare then go there. The staff was great. P.s. Not the prettiest looking place. Then again, I've never seen a junkyard that was.
View on GoogleI called to inquire about the Nissan bumper, and the man answering the phone couldn't even give me the time of day. He answered the phone with a "YEAH?!" as if trying to give him business somehow inconvenienced him. Then, before I could even finish asking if they had a bumper for my make and model, he gave me a loud and stern "NO" and hung up on me. While I understand everyone has a bad day, there is no reason to take it out on me, someone trying to give you business. I wouldn't recommend this place, obviously. If they do not have the time of day for someone trying to provide them with money, then I certainly don't have the time of day to recommend their business to anyone. 0/5
View on GoogleHorrible communication and customer service skills. have been trying to get a transmission from them for a week and it's been one excuse after another as to why they can't get the pictures i asked for so i can pay for the transmission. they also lack common knowledge for the parts in which they are selling.
