New to the area so I was looking for a good place to service me an oil change, found this spot on Groupon and man, am I happy I decided on calbest! A young man did a great job at keeping me entertained with good conversation while he worked on my car and even added a bit of coolant as he noticed my levels were a running low. The service itself was pretty quick as well. 10/10 will be coming back!

Best place in SoCal for an oil change and car wash! They had a great deal on Groupon, so I bought it on a whim because my car needed an oil change — and the free car wash really sealed the deal. I was expecting a quick automatic wash, but instead I got a full-on hand wash with detailing. I’m genuinely impressed with CalBest’s service and plan to return in the future. The gentlemen here were very friendly. They took in my car, quickly changed the oil, did a full inspection, and finished it off with a thorough hand wash. My car looks like I just drove it off the lot — sparkling clean and fresh, inside and out (again, this full service is offered on Groupon) CalBest provides excellent customer service. The shop is clean and well-maintained, with a nice sitting area out front and snacks available. All of the employees were courteous and accommodating. Short wait time and overall amazing service!

I drove a long distance for an oil change at this shop because I found a $36 Groupon deal. Before purchasing it, I called to confirm two things: that they serviced diesel cars and that they would honor the Groupon. They said yes to both. However, when I arrived, I was told the Groupon wouldn’t be accepted for my vehicle and was instead charged $160- over four times what I expected to pay. On top of that, the oil change took over an hour because they didn’t have a diesel filter on hand, which was frustrating given I had called ahead to make sure they could handle my car. To make matters worse, my receipt said a car wash was included, but I didn’t receive one. I felt very misled. The experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop to others, especially those with diesel vehicles.
