European Collision Center

I brought my car to European Collision Center because it’s an Audi-certified repair shop and the same facility McKenna Audi uses for their body work. Since I purchased my car directly from McKenna, I assumed this would be the most professional and reliable option. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst and most stressful customer experiences I’ve ever had. I dropped off my car on July 13, 2024, and didn’t receive it back until July 11, 2025 — nearly a full year later — for what were minimal repairs (refer to images below): the driver’s side door and airbags. There was no extensive frame, front or back end damage so the delay made absolutely no sense. My main point of contact, Tyler, provided little to no meaningful updates. I constantly had to reach out myself for any information, and each time I did, the answers were vague and repetitive. He would only tell me that the car was sent to McKenna because they couldn’t get it to turn on. When I went to McKenna Audi directly to try to get answers, their service manager Ron told me he couldn’t give me any details because my vehicle came from a “third party” Meanwhile, the collision center blamed McKenna. I was completely stuck in the middle with both sides pointing fingers and no accountability from either. Tyler claimed the issue was now with McKenna, saying they couldn’t get my car to start. Then, when my car was finally ready, Tyler told me he wanted to test drive it and keep it for a few more days — even though it had already been there almost a year. He said he was going on vacation but wanted to personally hand the car back to me, so I tried to be understanding and agreed to wait. A week and a half went by and I heard nothing. When I finally called, he said he still needed more time, which was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional given how long they had already taken. I asked told him I would want paperwork with details documenting the repair timeline and delays, and he told me he would give it to me sometime the following week after I picked up my car. It’s now been months, and I still haven’t received a single document or call back from him. To make matters worse, after picking up my car, I reached out again because I noticed a missing sun visor. I wasn’t even trying to place blame — I simply asked if it might have been misplaced at the shop. Once again, no response. The complete lack of professionalism, urgency, and accountability at this facility is unacceptable — especially for a supposedly Audi-certified shop. They had my car for nearly a year for basic repairs, provided poor communication throughout, and failed to follow through on simple promises even after the car was returned. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, I strongly do not recommend European Collision Center.

I dropped off my 24 audi sq8. Some guy decided to slam the breaks on me and i hit him. Anyway, i took the car february 10 at the last minute as they closed, they waited for me. they estimated march 27 the car would be returned. The car was completed by march 5th. Technically the 4th because it was being washed. Came out like new. Jesus did great washing my car. The painter is the real MVP... looks like nothing happened. The rim got fixed as well. They kept me informed through emails with updates and they got the parts within the first week. Tyler also gave me a call about calibrations and the ppf.. very helpful in his opinion and i dont doubt their judgement. Worth it!

I'm only leaving 3 stars for the young lady at the front desk and the young lady who assisted with providing me an estimate and sending pics to my insurance company, they were very nice and professional. I took my car back here to drop it off for repair and a bald, rude, know it all came out to check my car in. He immediately started trumping up more charges for labor and more parts, he didn't bother to pull up my initial estimate and stated "why do you care, the insurance company is paying for it?" Mind you, the damage is very minimal, no bigger than a thumb, scratches around the marker light and broken marker light. Damage that you can barely see on a picture. Initially, the young lady who provided the estimate told me they would have my car 1wk max, the bald guy says 2 1/2 to 3wks and stated the young lady who provided the estimate was not knowledgeable. I politely asked for my keys back and left.

I am writing this review before I even get my vehicle back. first let me start with the customer service is horrible I called several times and the send me to a person that never answers the phone. Second the lady got loud with me and started yelling back. Very rude and disrespectful. Thirdly, they take forever for the smallest things to repair they take their sweet time to milk insurance companies. It took them a month to repair my vehicle when I was told a week when I was dropping it off. A simple paint job on a bumper and fender took a month. They will give you lip and false dates to pick up your vehicle. I have never been to such a horrible place in my life. If I could give them a zero I would. Never again will ever come here again. Thought this would be a decent place man was I wrong

Worst body shop ever to get you car fixed at customer services terrible they talk to their customers in worst attitude possible they not professional at all they claim European but I promise you the dude that fixes cars around the corner much better I think this place my car was involved in accident my card didn't have a scratch after two month of waiting this how I received my and don’t even bother to call and when my car is going to be done they get mad
