I am a Local Guide who usually gives 5-star ratings, but this place is unacceptable. The entire office staff seems to harbor a deep bias against Asians. This is my third visit, and each time has been a nightmare. 1st visit (6 months ago): I had to wait over an hour just to get my check-in started. 2nd visit (a few months ago): They were incredibly slow and kept me waiting 30 minutes before even acknowledging me. Today (the final straw): Both another customer and I arrived without appointments. The staff told me they didn't have time for me. However, right after me, a white customer walked in, and the female staff member checked them in immediately. It took less than 2 minutes for them to get service while I was turned away. Because I am not a fluent English speaker, I couldn't complain on the spot and just had to wait, but this is clear discrimination. I strongly suggest the management check the CCTV footage from today. It is shocking that such a famous franchise allows this kind of behavior. I am disgusted and will never return.

I stopped by today to get my tires checked for a balancing issue. They got me in asap and team here at ATD found my issue. They explained everything detail by detail and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.
