I recently took my car in for service, and although I had to bring it back a couple of times, what made the experience a positive one was the exceptional customer service I received from Service Advisor Mark Contreras. Mark was incredibly patient with all of my questions, took the time to explain everything clearly, and kept me informed throughout the process. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to navigate and gave me confidence that my vehicle was being taken care of. I would also like to recognize Gabby Perez for making the rental car process quick, easy, and seamless. She was always friendly, welcoming, and greeted me with a smile. Her kindness and efficiency were truly appreciated. Both Mark and Gabby were instrumental in creating a positive customer experience. Their outstanding service, professionalism, and genuine care for customers are a credit to the dealership. Thank you both for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate everything you did!

Yoni and Chris are the best!! They helped me with my little Nissan and everything turned out excellent!! I worked with Daniel today, he was super friendly and despite the busy day, he was very attentive! I really appreciated him! Furthermore, I’ve also worked with another service advisor named Marc many times as well! Mark is really great and also makes the stay worth while! He’s patient with all of my questions and provided a lot of clarity when needed! Overall, I’ve been coming to Downey Nissan for a while now and the experience has always been pleasant with the staff! I also love the update videos as well!
