Jr is well mannered and great in explaining my concerns, he also told me that they work with insurance companies and extended warranty’s which I never knew. He is great and price is very affordable. On top of that I never seen a manager clean and try to have the place spotless. I usually see people below management do the cleaning but for a manager to clean says a lot about how much he cares about his business and his customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any repairs to their vehicles or tires. Great pricing and great customer service and an extra plus being clean and comfortable and feeling welcomed as a family. This place feels like home. ❤️ I love this place already. Thank you, Kevin, Chris , and Marco!! Amazing customer service and a super fast fix! I came in with a tire that was almost flat, and even though they were closing in 30 minutes, they took me in right away without hesitation. They could have easily told me to come back the next day, but instead they were incredibly kind, helpful, and got me back on the road quickly. It’s hard to find people who care, especially at the end of a long day. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thanks again, guys!

This post may be a little long, but let me get started. So it started on My son attempted to fix some things that were going on with his car and we just couldn’t figure it out. There was parts things I replaced, but it wasn’t staying on when started so my dad found this Mechanic “Discount Tire and Service Center” in Downey. We got the car towed there talked about you know what was going on with the car and they checked it out and there was a couple things that were electrical, the grounding and there were some fuses were mislabeled. We got the work done and the car is running great so I know I need some work done on my car. I know I had a coolant leak. My oil needed to be changed. Brakes need to be checked because I haven’t had my break done. I think since I bought the car about two years ago, but I don’t drive a whole lot, but I do drive and then there was some other stuff that I need to be done so I took the car dropped it off in the next day they took the car over called me there was some stuff that I miscommunicated that was clarified any issues with the card they sent me a video so I could see what was going on and why they’re making the recommendations that they were making and so all around it was just a really good experience. Price was good. I know I was gonna be paying for the repairs you know brakes and all other stuff I was gonna cost, but the price was good. The quality work was very good. My experience, calling and speaking with the manager and some of the mechanics over the phone was great so overall I just had a really good experience. I definitely will be going back to get you know work done on my vehicle and I will definitely be sharing my experience and referring my friends and Family to the Downey location to get work done.
