I made an appointment two weeks in advance for an estimate for Lucid Gravity. I went over the make and the model, and when I got there, they mentioned that they do not work on Lucid. What a waste of time. I'm a business owner, and this tells me the office is disorganized!
View on GoogleMy favorite car, and Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, got in what I thought was a minor fender bender. I had a love affair with that car, and Tony saw that and I believed him when he said it would be as new. He checked back with me during tear down, sending detailed pictures as things progressed. When I found out that it got totalled by the insurance company I could have cried. I arrived at DHCC to get my personal items out, and Tony gave me a hug. DHCC is now my choice for autobody and paint. This is a top-noth business. Thank you! By the Tony- I just bought a new one yesterday!
View on GoogleThe service was extremely poor. The windshield repair was done very badly and they damaged my car’s dashboard. Now, when it rains, water leaks into the car. Manager Jim’s service attitude was also very unprofessional. I am very disappointed and expect this issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

Let’s just say William over here at Diamond Hills Collision Center handled my claim with tip top efficiency while maintaining a high level of customer service. This place will be my go to if anything is needed.
View on GoogleSo I went in for a estimate because I got rearend on my model 3. Kirk Wang helped me out with the estimate. He took pictures, explained to me why certain parts would be replaced rather than fixed and explained that a lot of parts from Tesla might take a while to be ordered. He said that he would so the write up, contact the adjuster and see if he could schedule a loaner for me. All in all, the estimate process was super simple. I will be back to report on how good of a job they do. Update (08/20/2019) I dropped off my vehicle today for them to work on. Still a friendly staff and they are very well informed. I booked my rental through Enterprise and they automatically called after I finished talking with Kirk. So far, everything has been great and no heartache Diamond Hill so far has exceeded my expectations, we will see the results in a month.
