The boss is really kind. I am a single woman, one of the most outdated stereotype about auto shops and women is that they like to scam us. At first, there was no one I could see out front, so I went to check another shop (Honest) in the corner for an estimate for my car issue, which came out to be over $320. I went back here and ran into the boss and he did an engine check, told me the issue was my car needed to warm up essentially since we’ve been having cold weather and explained some other things to me, and sent me on my way with no charge. Just asked me to come back if I needed anything else. I will come back solely because I appreciated his honesty. It’s been over a month and my car has zero issues that need fixing.
