Was calling around about a $3500 estimated repair from another mechanic , the owner was the only one that informed me that even though my 2013 e350 is past extended warranty it should be covered by mercedes . TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Owen and his crew are the mechanics you have been looking for! We drove in from Colorado with what seemed to be a transmission issue. Working off of his 5 star reviews we visited him to see what was wrong with the car. He took us honestly and realistically through the possible scenarios one being a possible transmission rebuild which would have totaled the car. It wasn’t worth fixing. After leaving the car and Owen doing the diagnostic, it ended up that we needed to replace a coil. The part cost less than $40 plus labor costs, which were super reasonable. He was super honest, easy to work with and a family man. Cannot give this group higher praises.
