Action Auto has taken care of my classic vehicles for many years now. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable especially Noel. He is wonderful to work with and always does his best to solve my classics issues. Brett the manager always is very helpful and is appreciated.

We ended up at Action Auto (and glad we did) when nobody else could diagnose the problem - and honestly, Action Auto operates how every shop should operate. Plus they always have fresh popcorn ready in the lobby while you wait. They don’t push upselling; there's no runaround, no “we’ll call you back,” and no disappearing in hopes that you'll chase them down for the diagnosis. Just straight-up honest work and clear communication. They break everything down in a way that actually makes sense, get the job done quicker than expected, and never make me feel like I am getting taken for a ride (which is rare these days). If you’re tired of guessing whether you can trust your mechanic—this is the spot. Thank you, Action Auto, for always taking care of us and “Big Red.”

View on GoogleMarc was extremely helpful and so kind. My brakes had been making noise all week and they were able to fit me in very quickly. They provided me with a free car inspection that listed things that needed to be repaired quickly and some that could wait. Very fair pricing! Will definitely be coming back for my next repairs.
View on GoogleThey seem to have good and experienced techs, so the work quality I will recommend, they do not use OEM parts, they are aftermarket. Which can be good for some vehicle models. But for the most part not necessarily. It will be the same price equivalent as going to a dealer is my complaint but you are getting the experienced mechanics. Most factory dealers have new techs that learn on your car. So in the end, do a little bit of homework on moog parts and upgrade the part( which will cost a little more but worth it) unless your vehicle is already high mile, it won't matter and the standerd replacement parts will be sufficient for the life of vehicle. They are super friendly and accommodating that's what gave them four stars. I guess I should also add, because I've been super spoiled from Honda and Toyota specialist I came from that retired. I would get the family discount and did tons of work on my past vehicles for $50-80 an hour, keep in mind nowadays everyone is $150-$200 an hour sometimes more which will have your jaw drop on the price. I just haven't caught up with the times lol
