⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I cannot recommend VMS Auto Collision Center enough. Getting into a car accident is incredibly stressful, but the team here turned an unfortunate situation into an absolutely seamless and pleasant experience. Vicky was my main point of contact, and she was an absolute superstar. She took care of absolutely everything, managing all the back-and-forth communication with my insurance company and seamlessly coordinating my rental car. I didn't have to stress about a single logistical detail. Beyond Vicky, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming—they truly made me feel like family. They kept me well-informed about the entire repair process from A to B, providing constant updates so I always knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. As for the repairs themselves? Marvelous work. The craftsmanship is flawless, and they even washed my car, returning it to me looking brand new. While I hope I'm never in a situation where I need a body shop again, if I do, I know exactly where I'm going. I will absolutely be referring all of my friends and family to VMS Auto Collision Center!

Where do I start? From start to finish my experience with VMS auto body was immaculate. I have an Audi Etron that I’ve kept in pristine condition and I take care of all my vehicles and only trust certified shops. My first initial interaction would be when I called to get a repair quote with Vicky, i was down the street when I called and I expressed how frustrated I was with the vandalism on my vehicle. (My car was keyed in multiple places and I had chipping of paint from door dings and objects all over) — I decided to come in shortly and have her take a better look for understanding and explanation of what had to be done. During my visit, I also met Rick who specializes in European and German vehicles and he assured me that the repairs will be done precisely and I felt very confident after my interaction with him so I was happy with my decision on going forward with my repairs with VMS because of the detailed consultation that they had during my estimate visit.. a few weeks later…. I can’t even express how ecstatic I am going to VMS because they were so detailed and meticulous! My car looks even better now then when i bought it. Rick even got it detailed inside out! I can’t even thank the amazing team here enough! Also if you need a loaner/rental, there’s enterprise the next block over… so convenient! If you are looking to find an auto body repair center that specializes in German and European cars, stop here!! I highly recommend VMS to anybody! I had a fantastic experience with this auto body shop from start to finish. The team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to inspect my car and explained the repair process in detail. They stayed on schedule, kept me updated, and delivered outstanding workmanship — my car looks like it just came out of the showroom.

Don't come here if your car isn't new. They wanted 12k to repair sideswipe which led to my insurance totaling out my car for just a sideswipe that was fixable. Rick was horrible and refused to budge on his overcharged estimate or waive the storage fees even though no actual work was done, they held my car hostage so I couldn't go get a second opinion. Now my drivable car is a total loss for no reason. VMS tried to squeeze my insurance company into paying for stuff that wasn't needed with their inflated estimate and now I'm the one left holding the bag with the bank loan on a car I just purchased 5 months ago. Avoid these scumbags Edit 1/14/26 I knew the owner was going to come with a disingenuous response which is why I posted the photos. They turned a cosmetic issue that I went into them for into a $12,000 full 2 door replacement. When I explicitly told them not to do so. They sat on my car for 2 weeks and submitted their estimate 10 days into it and refused to budge and sent the estimate to my insurer anyway without giving me the option for a second opinion from another shop. They caused this by trying to squeeze my insurance company. Insurance reacted to the over-inflated estimate that they sent that I did not agree with and now I'm the one that has to pay out the thousands loan and all they have to offer is a half-hearted apology while pocketing a 2600 storage fee for doing nothing but an inspection.

I had the best experience! They repaired my truck after an accident. I received updates through text, which was really nice and convenient. They went above and beyond with a wash and detail to my vehicle. I would 100% recommend VMS Auto Body. I am very happy with the finished result!
