View on GoogleI chose ACG specifically because they are certified to work on my make and model, which gave me confidence in the quality of the repairs. While the work on my vehicle appears to be done well, the overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication. My estimate was never made available, I only spoke with my estimator once, and follow-up responses were neither prompt nor clear. This lack of communication made the process more difficult than it needed to be. To be fair, the receptionist and other staff members I interacted with were pleasant and professional, but the customer service from my assigned estimator fell short of expectations.
