This past Friday I came to this location to install 2 new tires and a new alignment on my truck. This is actually 3rd time coming here for tires and alignment and both previous times, they were fast and caring, but not this 3rd time. I called and spoke with the sales person who toke note of my tires and scheduled me for 2pm, he told me come 1pm so they will install the tires first and it will be ready for the alignment at 2pm. I said awesome. I drove there and got there at 1pm, the same sales person said oh it didn't save on the computer but said it was all good. moved to the install area, well they didn't touch my truck until after 2pm. At 3pm the young kid from the desk came to ask me if I wanted to schedule the alignment to another day as they had a lot of cars (only one was sitting on the alignment area). Well they keep bringing cars in and people that got there after me got their tires and left. I end up staying there until 4:30pm. what a joke. Didn't look at the rims of my truck when I left, just to find out the next morning they scratch one of my rims badly. I take care of my truck and none of my rims were damaged and obviously my tires and wide over the rim which it is impossible to hit a curb with the rim even if you try.. Now, I have one rim damaged and I bet this place won't pay for my rim. What a joke, greedy business for money and pushing cars in without caring for the costumers at all. As you can see in the pictures, super fresh, still have their fingers marks on the rims and dirty from their machines.

Went in for Tire swap right after getting my 2025 4Runner 4x4, and the staff was very knowledgeable and they put different options for me to pick from. Thank you Tucker Tire for the great experience.

I had Tucker Tire mount and balance some new tires I purchased online and the overall experience was GREAT!!!!! It took awhile for it to get them done, but I didn't mind. Their technicians did a great job and left very satisfied! The tires are performing as they should! A 2 days later I came back to Tucker Tire for an alignment but this time I had a appointment. My truck was done within 45mins! Again awesome work! My truck drove straight and no type of vibration whatsoever! Pricing is very good! The website that I bought the tires from recommended several shops in my area to get the tires installed. All of them were around $200 - $230 for mounting and balancing. Tucker Tire only charged me $164 and for the 4 wheel alignment $95! I highly recommend Tucker Tire! Great people, service, and prices! It's no wonder they've been in business for so long!

Absolutely outstanding experience at Tucker Tire Shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. The pricing was fair, the service was fast, and the quality of work was top-notch. It’s hard to find businesses these days that truly care about their customers, but Tucker Tire Shop definitely does. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Hands down the best tire shop experience I’ve ever had!
