Ram Auto was a lifesaver for my 2015 Subaru Outback. Jose replaced the engine and honestly saved me from having to buy a new vehicle. I was very reluctantly going to sell my car because I was told that it needed a new engine and a timing chain. Luckily, a wonderful tow truck driver, Mechael, seemed to know the car was repairable and advised that I tow my car here to Ram Auto Repair and let Jose look at it. I’m so Grateful for that advice. Jose had my car diagnosed within a day as an electrical issue and repaired within four days. Jose, Diego and Ricardo and Ram Automotive is by far the most honest and capable mechanics I have ever known. I would selfishly prefer no one else know about them, but I can’t seem to withhold sharing this review. For all you ladies out there who have repeatedly felt taken advantage of by mechanics, this is your shop.
