Byron was an outstanding person and exceptional mechanic. Great service and his prices are very reasonable. Considering his great experience and amazing customer service. It's a family owned business for many years with his wife and daughter working along his side daily. Providing excellent communication and customer service. View on GoogleVery friendly, very knowledgeable and very honest. My son came in to see why his windows were not going up and down. We went to Lexus service department and charged him $260 to look at and told him they can fix the problem but will cost him. We said we will sleep on it. Went to other auto mechanics they said the same the thing. Came here and Shanna I think that is her name was a God sent. It was a simple troubleshoot and it cost us nothing. She could have easily charged us like Longo Lexus did. But she was honest and was able to get my son’s windows to his Lexus working great. We did want to pay her for what she did but she kept saying no. So ROSE CITY PIZZA for them.

Great pricing and even better I feel like my car is running brand new and driving as straight as ever. View on GoogleWonderful experience at Johnny’s! As a first time car owner, I was pretty lost in all the car maintenance talk. Chris made the process incredibly easy. I got an appointment the same day I called, got an oil change with a free 59 point inspection, and got a text within a couple of hours after with the results. The only extra thing I needed was a tire rotation which I suspected. No annoying upselling! I even had a large scratch on the side of my car that they didn’t even try sales-talking me into getting repaired. The staff at Johnny’s seem honest, fair, and feel like family. I recommend them to everyone that just got their first car and are new to the car world. Fair prices too! (Better than the dealership and Valvoline). Will be returning. I trust them with my car!
