I had such a great experience with Covina Auto Body from start to finish. The entire team made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and I always felt informed about what was going on with my vehicle. My estimator, Nick, was especially amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to keep me updated while my car was in the shop. It really gave me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in good hands. The quality of the repair work was fantastic, and the customer service was honestly top tier. I’ve already recommended a friend to Covina Auto Body and will continue recommending them to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto body shop. Covina Auto Body Shop is the best! They replaced a rear driver's side quarter panel at no charge. I bought the part from the dealer and they installed it within 5 minutes or so. There staff are amazing and I'm still in awe for there kindness. I'm extremely grateful for them helping me out. I would definitely take our vehicles to there shop for any collision repair. They are professional and honest.
