Beware—he is a scammer He sold me four tires, claiming they were reliable, yet less than a week later, the rear tire blew out while I was driving at 65 mph on the freeway. The car nearly flipped over in the middle of the road; you can imagine the severity of the situation and the danger involved. I intend to take legal action against him, but I urge you not to deal with this scammer—safety is priceless. When I contacted him, he coldly told me—as shown in the screenshot—that there was nothing he could do for me.

Incredible... I was in a tight spot and this owner recognized that I was down in the dumps after seeing my sports car and took care everything for me. Other shops over charge me and didn't even care that needed help on a second tire. Thank you Ambrósio. He even told me I have a nice car before I left, even though I crashed it and blew out 2 tires. I almost cried bro because he gave hope that it wasn't the end yet. I recommended this place to my mom because she usually goes to some chain that over charge her.

‼️ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A&O TIRE ‼️ Sunday December 7th 2025 bought 2 tires that were 225/35R20 and the young man didn't seat the side walls properly, didnt find out till passenger Rear was put back on the vehicle and drove off, didn't make it half way down the street, and of course the inside of the tire got tore up due to rolling on it while flat , so took the wheel and tire back, the young man THEN tells me no longer have that size at this location HOWEVER there El Monta store does, I didn't have the gas to make to it to El Monte, SO the young man got on the phone with WHOEVER FROM the El Monte location and said that the other tire could be delivered on Tuesday, SO TODAY TUESDAY December 9th 2025, I call the number from the A&O tire web site and wanted to make sure that the tire is there before I drive my truck down there with my wife's wheel with me, TIRE DIDNT GET DELIVERED 🤦🏼, my son missed a day of school due to this because with wife's car down, we only had my truck, so my wife drove my truck, made plans for this tire to be dropped off at this Covina location and WHOEVER THE JERK OFF is from the El Monte location is has ZERO honor and will NEVER get my money EVER AGAIN . ‼️MARK AND AVOID THIS TIRE SHOP ‼️ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, IF U MUST ? DEAL THIS TIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK ‼️
