My first experience at Kia of Carson was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, my service advisor, Eduardo, greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. The service on my car was completed much faster than I expected.
When it was time to check out, Alondra and Damon provided outstanding customer service. They didn’t just process my payment they took the time to ask about my day, made sure I had a great experience, and even shared a few jokes that made me laugh. It’s rare to find a team that is not only efficient but also genuinely kind and personable.
I highly recommend Kia of Carson for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back!

I started out my day under the impression that Kia would help me to get new keys for my car, they sent a tow, and set an appointment for 2 hours later, but the person in service (not Damon) was totally rude, blazé, and obnoxious, asking for names of people whom quoted me prices that were inconsistent with accuracy and he was very focused on “no we can’t help you” and “it’s too expensive” in so many words, rather than being helpful and proactive like Damon. A gentleman was distraught that I was upset and yelling and decided to call the police on me. Damon diffused the entire situation, got me a chair, helped me to sit outside in the fresh air and sunshine, calmed me down, spoke to me with logic and reason and helped me to reassess the information. While the operator tried to understand the situation rather than get a tow for me back, I had to call AAA for a $72 tow because Kia could not do so. Damon helped make sure I had a water, a chair, and a charge on my phone. He stayed positive, calm, and respectful, while everyone else I spoke with were disturbed and disturbing! They forced all kinds of idiosyncrasies on me that were unnecessary! What a waste of time!! I had explained to most of them on the phone and at service to please get their wires correct, and their departments. I didn’t ask for the people on the phone’s name - but the guy in service was requesting it. He was annoying and rude, while Damon was helpful, considerate, and understanding. It’s because of people like Damon that I bought a car at Kia to begin with! Shout out to Kabir and Elena who sold and worked to finance, respectively, my car for me last March. I’m grateful to have a car, and a safe, good one like a Kia. And thank God for people like Damon at Kia who actually care about others - who are human. I also appreciate the gentleman in the morning when service opens during the week. He’s also been super kind and helpful, and understanding of humans, who like Damon, treats customers as human, people who have flaws and cars that are not perfect. Overall, a good experience despite losing money on tows and unclear information. Thank you, Damon! Give that guy a promotion!

She was very friendly communicative and nice. she had a very positive attitude, which made me want to talk to her more. She made the whole process very easy for me to get a rental. She definitely made my experience much better recommend this lady five stars
