The store manager Bo and store associate Abraham were both especially great - kind, helpful, friendly, and very approachable. Both were very professional and informative and did not try to upsell or push higher products. Automotive related appointments can be stressful sometimes, especially as a woman who has experienced sexism in similar situations before - I did not experience any of that here and I will gladly be back.
View on GoogleI had a slow leak in my rear driver side tire. I made an appointment on line for later on the same afternoon.i arrived on time and there was no problem with the amount of time I waited. Once my car was checked I was told by the service technician that I did have a nail in my tire and that it was not repairable and would need a new tire because the nail was in a area that cannot be repaired. I asked if air can be put in the tire so I could go home and discuss it with my husband. My husband took the car to Eddie's Tires the next day so they can check it. After Eddie's tires inspected my the technician could not understand why I was told I would need a new tire. They were able to repair my tire for $25. I am very disappointed that American Tire was not honest. Will not be going back again.
View on GoogleI made the appt online, but there was still a wait to get help. Service provided was excellent. The check in process was super easy and seamless. Just annoyed I had to wait 30 minutes for a simple nail in my tire. Would have been great if they could adjust my the time of my appt so I wouldn't have to wait. Outside the wait, this is still my preferred place to get tires and have repairs done for both my cars. Very professional and easy to complete.

The warranty alone makes it worth it, and the free tire pressure checks/fills are a big plus. You can tell it’s a solid shop because the employees stick around and always treat people well. Highly recommend.
