I go to change my oil, and there's loctite on the oil drain plug and I think they put loctite on the oil filter because its not coming off. Not sure if they think its funny, as in put loctite on for the next guy to deal with it. Completely unprofessional, playing games here.

Ernesto Ramirez was very helpful explaining my car’s repair history and did a multi-point check, including the oil and the tires. Plus, he managed to put back a plastic cover in its place. I tried to fix it myself, but I could not figure out where it went in the interior of the car. I really did like how I paid at his desk/station instead of going to the customer service room. I just realized it was convenient to have the card reader ready to use. I also liked the outside display of the three tires painted red/yellow/green; it made me more aware of my tire treads and how they change over time. Carson Honda is always reliable and I’d be happy to work with “Ernie” Ramirez again.
