I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Toyota Carson for the past four years, and I’ve always appreciated the customer service from the advisors. However, over the last two visits I’ve noticed a decline in the actual mechanical service being performed. This is a lease vehicle, and in the past the technicians consistently topped off fluids, filled the coolant and windshield washer reservoir, rotated the tires, cleaned the vehicle, and ensured the oil level was correct. Recently, the oil has not been filled to the proper mark, the coolant reservoir is below the minimum line, and the windshield fluid hasn’t been refilled. I even requested brake cleaning due to noise, but the issue continues. I’m not writing this to talk negatively about the dealership. I’m sharing this because those of us who pay a significant amount for our vehicles expect safe, thorough, and consistent service especially when we rely on these cars for family road trips. I always double-check my vehicle after servicing for safety reasons, and I hope management and the service directors can address these concerns and ensure technicians return to the high standards they once had. This was an extremely frustrating experience. We were told the car was in stock an hour ago, so we drove an hour to the dealership to buy, only to be informed upon arrival that it was not available. I would strongly advise against relying on information provided over the phone—particularly from Diego.

Not only were they unaccommodating, but they were also dishonest; I was left baffled by the price change compared to what they promised before I showed up. After I spoke to the salesmen, they started giving me weird vibes and raised the price to an astronomical level. These people have no sympathy for their customers—they are con artists of the highest degree. I drove 70 miles just to be bamboozled. DON'T BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!!

View on GoogleHello, I am in time for my appointment at 7:30 am on a Monday. I am writing as of right now, waiting for my car back. They got back to me around 10:30 ish for an update if they wanted me to fix this and that. Youre telling me for 3 hours it has been sitting around waiting for someone to fix it.It is almost 4 hours now and counting for brake repair or something I don't even know. Just feels very frustrating waiting for a long time. Scheduling an appointment thinking will be a priority right away and even on time but I guess they probably forgot to get my car checked out first.
