Came in to change my brakes because of the screeching noise. They gave me cheap brakes that worsened to noise. They replaced the brakes multiple times and the noise just got even louder than when I originally brought them. They continuously gaslit me mostly the guy in the front with glasses saying my rotors are the problem. The owner of this shop told me to go back to where I got my rotors originally done even after I explained to them. I told them I took my car to 3 other mechanics that said my rotors are in good shape it was the brakes that were not suitable for my Lexus rc. The owner began to say how he’s been in business for years and knows a lot and was condescending and arrogant. I took it to Raul’s auto repair in Covina. He was very humble and knowledgeable of cars and straight to the point. He gave me the exact brakes I needed. I have no noise at all now and my rotors are still in good shape ;)

Great shop, the service Manager was very attentive. Got my tires installed within the hour. Mechanics are very professional and handle your vehicle with care. The technician followed the proper torque procedure and did a really good mount and balance job on my tires.

I really wanted to let them earn my business but they're too expensive and a bit understaffed. I waited a really long time for someone to even speak to me at the front desk.
