René is an awesome guy, he fixed and painted my truck after I was involved in a accident, my truck looks like nothing ever happened to it, honest shop , fast service and he handled everything with my insurance, I’ll definitely recommend this shop if you want a good service. 👍👍👍

I brought my Mercedes C300 to fix my bumper, hood, fenders and paint.My whole experience wad great!. Renee was very professional and honest. He kept the estimated time frame. He went above and beyond. The paint job and body is good as new. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back for future body work, if needed.

I really recommend Auto Collision Center. For All repairs. The people are genuine and they make made the process hassle free. I sent my 2019 Sonoma RV to them because I had damage the right back side of it. They were all helpful from the time I drop off. To all the update between Progressive insurance and repair and with the pick up. It look brand new again. Amazing people. Amazing job they done with the RV. Thank you all. Look forward to doing business in the future…. If I bump something. 👍🏽 But not intentionally. 😊

My partner and I are so thankful for Marina, Iselle, and Rene at ACC Auto Collision. We received outstanding service and repairs on our trailer camper. With summer just beginning, ACC was fully booked, and yet they managed to find a few hours to repair our trailer's fiberglass and metal latch so we could go on our scheduled camping trip. Otherwise we'd have to wait more than a month and go all the way to San Diego for repairs. Their communication by phone and in person was detailed and caring and they earned our trust 100%. They even referred us to another auto center for our tire needs, and that center took care of us with stupendous customer service too. ACC's many years of knowledge and reliability really won us over, and we'll definitely return if we need any repairs in the future.

I went here to repair my Toyota Camry body works. My friend referred me here to meet Mr. Rene or Ms. Merene. My car had a minor accident and broken front bumper, a corner of the hood and left fender. Before I came here I went to many body work shops and I was not comfortable with their pricing, professionalism and altitude. It was my first accident experience in the USA, actually my car was driven by my friend. I was emotionally down at that time. Right after the accident, I called the police and they came then gave me an "incident number" to give to the insurance company. Then we informed the insurance company online. When I came here Ms. Merene was here and when I talked to her I felt like she was very professional. She checked my car and on the spot she said an approximate amount for the repair and it was so comfortable for me.Moreover she had a very comfortable conversation with me about the insurance procedures and repair, everything was so cool then and it made me so happy. Right in front of me she called the insurance company and she passed all the details to them. Also the insurance officer talked to me and communicated about the repair process. I came here on a Saturday and Ms. Merene and insurance company asked me to put the car on Monday. So that the insurance company will come and inspect on Wednesday and I can get the car by the weekend after the repair. Accordingly I put my car on Monday morning, the insurance company sent me an estimate on Wednesday. Surprisingly the insurance estimate was 3100 and it was the same amount as per Ms. Merene. My deductible was 1000 for the insurance and the actual net cash payment from my part was so comfortable for me! Finally I was expecting my car by Saturday but I got my car on Monday, one day after their commitment and it was ok for me. The car they made like new and I was so happy. Things to notice: We need to tell them in advance whether we need original parts or unbranded parts (cheaper price) for the repair. In case of an accident, if the mistake is from our end, the insurance company may go for cheaper options like unbranded parts. In such an instance, we need to pay the excess amount of original parts value if we really need it. I will definitely recommend this place and thank you very much for your outstanding service!!!
