I'm grateful for the fast, honest, and high-quality work they did on my 2020 4Runner. I had a leaky lower oil pan that needed to be replaced. I highly recommend this father and son team.

I had a very similar negative experience with the new owners of this shop. Not only did Ernesto fail to complete the tune-up he specifically promised, but he also never returned my calls regarding the remaining work we agreed on and I already paid for. There was a clear disconnect between what he claimed he would deliver and what was actually done. Unfortunately, this created a real lack of trust in the shop and its commitments. This makes me believe exactly what Cody P experienced.

I recently took my Toyota Tacoma in just to get a diagnostics done since I had a reoccurring code for the evap system. Spoke with Ernesto which I believe is to be the new owner since the old one passed away. He was very pleasant at first but come to find out it's all just an act to make you feel at ease to leave your vehicle with him so he can scam you after. He will claim that he's worked on Toyota's for over 26 years and that he knows what he's doing.. don't believe it. He claimed that my speedo sensors were not working properly so he reset them and the truck will recalibrate them all on its own. Keep in mind I did not ask him to do this I just took the truck in to see what the problem was with the evap system nothing more. I just figured he was doing this to help me out. After the diagnostics was "finished, the issues addressed and taken care of " I picked up my truck to find out it was in worse shape then when it arrived. After paying and started leaving the shop My check engine, emergency brake, abs light were all on! I also had no speedometer, my miles were not being tracked either. I called him and told him the issue and he insisted they would go away after driving the vehicle. I was skeptical about that but I give it a chance. Nothing changed. Called again and told him nothing changed and the issues persisted. He basically said it was already like that when I gave it to him and wanted to charge me more money to fix the issue he created! After I reminded him of what he told me he said he never said that. Since I caught him in his own lies I told him just refund me the $145 for the diagnostic fee and we'll go our separate ways. He said no and threatened legal action because I called him out. Long story short don't trust this place or this guy with your vehicles. He's just trying to profit off what Toyopros use to be. It's now Neto's garage but still under Toyopros name. Didn't find this out until after. Take it elsewhere. I had to take mine to the dealership to get fixed. He gives small mechanic shops like this a bad name

The owner is extremely rude and not very knowledgeable. He messed up my rear main seal and refused to honor warranty and give me service! Very unprofessional as well, this shop has went all the way down hill since the owners changed. It’s a clown show at this shop 🤡

Let’s just say these guys RUINED my suspension on my Toyota Tacoma. Then they proceeded to say it was my fault. I will never be using them again and I also intend on suing
