Omar went above and beyond, not only to repair my car, but also to help me with the insurance. He walked me through the process and explained in detail what would be done to repair the car. He was very professional and very patient with all the questions that I asked about the repair. I posted pictures of before, and after dropping the car off at the shop. After picking up the car, he explained Detail what they did, including some extra work that he did on the front bumper of the car with had scratches and chips from the rocks which he fixed and didn’t charge anything extra for it. I would highly recommend Omar to do any work that you need on your car, especially when it comes to Insurance and dealing with the insurance companies. Very knowledgeable, very reasonable on the pricing and a very friendly staff that works there at the shop He also keeps you updated on the work as it’s being done. I am very satisfied with my car and the way it came out.

We are beyond happy with Lux Auto Body shop & RV Repair! Why? Omar is an obvious perfectionist. Our friends and family could not tell were was the original damage…that’s how good the repair was done to our rig. Incredible work Omar! My wife and I are beyond happy that we chose Omar and Lux Auto Body Shop to fix a deep scratch down to the bare metal with overlapping scratches repaired on our Edge Sport. We got several quotes from Autobody shops in the region and Omar, by far, was the most knowledgeable and he gave us a great repair price. We were astounded by Omar's work when we picked up our Edge; not only was the autobody work top-notch, but him and his crew detailed our entire vehicle! My wife still cannot stop talking about how pristine the Edge looked. It rained shortly after, and she didn't want to drive it in the rain since that's how perfect our vehicle looked. First, I want to say that I’m so glad that I found Lux Auto Body. I would 100% recommend this shop and Omar(the owner) he is very professional and efficient. I was involved in a collision my first body shop that I took my car told me that my car was a total loss my insurance would buy me off. I decided to get a second opinion. That’s when I found Lux auto body shop I talked to Omar and he said that he would do his best to save my car, a couple days later he told me my insurance approved the repairs. A couple of weeks later I got my car back looking even better than before the collision. Omar and his team did a great job on fixing and painting my car. He even went the extra mile by removing the roof rack to ensure there were no sharp paint edges, which can be an area more susceptible to peeling.
