I was coming out from the San Gabriel River area in a Sunday morning and I found out I had a flat. Two of my tires were pretty worn so I found this place and had them replaced. I read the reviews about how the people here are rude; I didn't experience anything like that. The man who was working on a Sunday morning was polite, as I was to him. No issue whatsoever. I imagine a lot of people create their own problems by being rude to others 🤷♂️. He worked fast and gave me a great price for both tires (which are a somewhat uncommon size), plus he fixed a slow leak in a third tire. The quality and condition of the used tires was excellent--my car now drives a lot better and I can tell they're going to last for a long time. I can't believe how much money I used to spend on new tires at some of the big tire stores. Too much overhead at those places, I guess. Much better to find a good independent shop like Julian's. I will 100% be returning here when my other two need to be replaced.

View on GoogleService is horrible....let me explain in detail ...I pulled up right in front of the warehouse. I didn't know there was a guy in there' just looking at my truck. He looked mad like he didn't even want to be there. No customer service at all . No smile, no, how can I help? Nothing. I had a similar issue there before the younger guy treated me the same . No, hello no, how can I help.. nothing at all. After all, I'm a paying customer. I shouldn't have to look for no one. You guys need to step your game up.. obviously, this treatment comes from upper level management/ owner. Please be kind to people.. all I ask.
View on GoogleThey are excellent as far as fixing flat tires. I have been there a few times in past 3 years and had excellent service. Price is very affordable but they only take cash. Wait time is minimal and depends how busy they are. I took a flat there a couple weeks ago the guy didn't charge extra for taking flat wheel off back of car repairing it and exchangingwith wheel I was driving on. I paid him extra all for work he did. So far I have not had any problems with flats they repaired. Price is same as it was when I first went there 3 years ago while everyone else is raising prices.
