Totally unprofessional and wasted my entire day! clueless manager was asked simply to. Check engine light in the early am, but He failed to call me all day, keeping my car and then trying to tell me to pick it up the next day after i called to get status report at 5 pm. No updates, no apologies and ill shy away from this place for good.
View on GoogleA-1 service from front office to back. Very friendly care like back in the old days. I came here after a friend suggested having my Prius serviced. I was receiving crazy quotes for my front shocks/springs some that were the price of a new car. Came here and was quoted 1/4 of the quotes I received. My car now runs brand new and the clicking noise it had after a dealer repair is gone. I will definitely be back and pass their information on to family and friends. Thank You!
View on GoogleJust want to say, my first experience with this place. I called earlier In the day, no appts but wanted to know the last avail time to come. I work right down the street. Service manager said come no later than 430. I left work early was there at 405 and left by 430. Quick, def fast and the price was phenomenal! Highly recommend! (I rarely write a review, btw) just had to, was so impressed!
