I had such an unexpectedly positive experience here that I’m still a little shaken—in the best way. Ed helped me, and he was genuinely kind, patient, and quick. View on GoogleFirst time here. was worried about my tesla EV and wanted to get the tires checked. they saw me immediately, checked and refilled the air in under 15 min. also no charge. you can tell Ed Jimenez isnt trying to upsell you. very different experience at the other local tire shops. would recommend you come check them out. outstanding service just landed them another customer when my tires need to be replaced
View on GoogleI'm here at so call trusted tire center they close at 6pm. I have a slow leak that's not going to last! I was told there close!REALLY! it's because I'm not buying any new tires! He found out that wasn't what I needed and said there closed! I haven't had any problems before that because I bought new tire!#NEW TIRES #NEW ATTITUDE! SORRY TO SAY! #5:20pm NO BODY even here getting service! WOW BAD MANAGEMENT!!!

View on GoogleMy skid plate came loose and was dragging on the ground. I called to see if they could take a look at it and they saw me immediately. They zip tied it up for me and didn’t even charge me. Very personable and honest staff!
