I just want to say that service here is amazing The mechanics were very knowledgeable and took their time to inspect what's wrong that needed to be fixed. I originally went to a BMW specialist shop because my check engine light was on and I couldn’t pass smog check. They didn’t properly diagnose the issue or even clear the code, and gave me a very high quote right away. I decided to try Y Tire, and I’m so glad I did. They cleared the code first and had me drive the car before retesting. After proper diagnosis, it turned out to be a much simpler fix, costing only about one-tenth of the original quote. As a woman, I really appreciate that they were honest and didn’t try to take advantage of me. The mechanic was knowledgeable, responsible, and truly professional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy shop.
