They were extremely patient and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. What really stood out was their attention to detail. They were able to identify damage on the interior side of the vehicle that could have easily been overlooked. The final result looks amazing. I meant Roman through an acquaintance and he mentioned he works at an auto body shop and at that point I had already taken my car to at least five or six places and they all said they could either not do the work, or it was too expensive, or not worth it , difficult with the insurance or it would be totaled and it was anywhere between $$4,000 to $7000 to get the repair done. All I needed was the front bumper, the rear bumper, lights, and side panel replaced. I asked Roman to use used parts from a junkyard because it’s all aesthetic and and not operational so it did not need to look perfect and everything would be ok as long as he made it look good that’s all that mattered to me. Well unlike everybody else they made big promises in the beginning or backed out or stop returning my calls or Simply said it couldn’t be done, Roman said it was very possible. He quoted me a very, very reasonable rate- let’s just put it. It was under $2000 so significantly less than everybody else and he replaced everything and I’m telling you he found the most amazing parts. It looks so beautiful. It looks so much better. It exceeded my wildest expectations and I’m so impressed. Roman was very professional. He kept his word. He gave an accurate quote and he delivered in a timely manner. He got it done in one week and very short notice seriously I don’t know what else I can say, but this is an amazing shop not only is place very professional looking, equipped and clean but the people are very nice and welcoming and they even give you an envelope full of goodies when you leave - super impressed if you need to get your car work done, this is the place to do it. I cannot highly recommend it anymore than this! oh yeah, I almost forgot. He also replaced the electric window gearbox in the driver door!
