I would not recommend this repair shop based on my experience. I brought my vehicle in on May 27, 2026, for front-end collision repairs. The repair process took over a month, and when I received my vehicle, I noticed cracked paint, along with a misaligned grille and front bumper. Throughout the repair process, I had to contact the shop repeatedly—often every other week—to receive updates on the status of my vehicle. I was disappointed that these issues were not identified and corrected during their quality inspection before the vehicle was returned to me. I will provide an update once I hear back from my insurance company regarding this matter. Given that the repair cost was approximately $5,500, I expected a much higher standard of workmanship and attention to detail.

Would not recommend. My aunt still complains about the quality of repair, subpar customer service, and lack of advocacy to insurance when repairs cannot be completed with good quality. The car was still not aligned when my aunt picked up her car and the business was trying to convince her it was good. We had to call our insurance for assistance before we can get decent quality work to be completed.

View on GoogleVery little accountability and lack of concern for completing a project on time. Took 2 1/2 months to complete the repairs to my vehicle. Continuously gave a fals ETA on my cars completion. When I received my car back I had to bring it back because they did not check the alignment.
